The idea of Khillat was born at a small plastic table outside a Quetta café in Faisalabad, over a cup of chai and Peshawari qahwa, as two childhood friends discussed the gap in Pakistan's market for premium yet affordable unstitched menswear. Khillat was founded by Mirza AbdulMoeed and Mohammad Muneeb Kashmiri at an uncertain time — both for them and for Pakistan — yet an uncompromising promise of quality and a customer-first approach prevailed and became the cornerstone of the brand.
